What do you need to take part?
Before we introduce you to a client, we discuss the points below with you.
- Valid Chamber of Commerce (KvK) registration as an independent professional or company.
- Relevant experience in the trade for which you want to receive projects.
- Willingness to state which certificates or insurance (e.g. VCA, liability insurance) apply to your trade.
What does it cost to take part?
Participation in Vakconnectie is completely free for independent professionals. You pay no registration fee, subscription fee, quote fee, lead fee, or commission on completed assignments.
At your request, Vakconnectie handles invoicing to the client: you send us your quote and invoice, we forward them and collect the payment. The full amount is transferred to you, without deducting any commission or other fee.
Agreements for professionals
- No quote fees: responding to a project costs nothing.
- Always agree scope, price, VAT, planning, materials and warranty with the client in writing beforehand.
- Vakconnectie handles invoicing to the client on request and pays out the full amount to you, with no commission.
- Provide accurate, up-to-date information at registration and with every quote.
How we assess your registration
We check your Chamber of Commerce (KvK) registration before introducing you to a client and discuss your trade with you. Always confirm which certificates, insurance or experience are relevant for a specific assignment — Vakconnectie does not independently verify these.
